Common use of Applicant Referral Clause in Contracts

Applicant Referral. (1) The best qualified candidates are those applicants who receive the highest scores in the evaluation process. Up to ten (10) candidates whose scores rank at the top of the group will be referred for each grade level announced to the Employer as best qualified in alphabetical order.
