Application Approval Procedures. A. All applications will be forwarded to the Leave Bank Committee for approval or denial. The Leave Bank Committee will either approve or deny the request for leave by the most expedient way possible, and immediately notify the Officer's supervisor. If denied, the reasons for denial will be provided in writing to the applicant.
