Automobile Use. 31.01 Employees required by the Employer to use their cars during work hours will be paid fifty (50) cents per kilometre of use of the employee's vehicle but not less than seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50) minimum payment per occurrence.
Automobile Use. Employees will not be required to transport clients of the Shore Collaborative in their personal automobile. Employees who wished to or are required to (as written in their job descriptions) drive Shore owned/leased vehicles for the purposes of school business, transporting students to field trips, competitions, job experiences, meetings, interviews, or other Shore related and approved activities must possess valid Massachusetts drivers’ license and must submit to driving record checks prior to driving a Shore vehicle, and as requested thereafter and be approved by Shore to drive the vehicles. The Executive Director will consider employee driving records as reported by the RMV and based on these will authorize employees as drivers. Final approval is at the discretion of the Executive Director.
Automobile Use. Travel (This language is suspended for the duration of this agreement.)
Automobile Use. Teachers who are required by the District to use their personal automobiles for school business or to travel regularly between buildings shall be reimbursed according to the rate contained in the Internal Revenue Service Guidelines in effect January 1 of each year this Agreement is in force.
Automobile Use. During the Term Employer shall provide the Executive with an Audi A8L or similar vehicle and reimbursement of expenses incurred in connection therewith.
Automobile Use. The County requires all bargaining unit members to live in Shawano County. Deputies shall be provided the use of take home squads under the following conditions:
1. Continuous employment with the Department as a certified officer (deputy);
2. Resides in one of the vacant areas within the County including the purchase of vacant property, with construction beginning within twelve (12) months.
3. Deputies employed by the Department as of December 2001, shall not be subject to condition 2 above.
4. Living areas for patrolmen will be awarded based on seniority of residency within the designated area.
5. Each Detective residing within Shawano County Jurisdictional boundaries, will be issued a home based unmarked vehicle. The living area in which a Detective resides is not to be counted as occupying a designated area. Bargaining unit members may not use the cars for their personal use, but the cars are to be kept at their homes while off-duty except when needed for use by the Sheriff’s Office.
Automobile Use. (Article 10.0 will be placed in the Personnel Policies and Procedures. Not the MOU)
Automobile Use. The County will continue to use its best efforts to provide County automobiles for use on County business. In the event, however, that an RN uses his/her personal automobile on authorized County business, he/she will be reimbursed for mileage at the rate designated by the Internal Revenue Service for business use of the automobile. The IRS rate will be adopted by the County Auditor-Controller on January 1st of each year or in accordance with any changes made by the IRS, those changes will be made in the month the IRS enforces them.
Automobile Use. Company shall provide Employee with an automobile allowance of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) per month during the term of this Agreement. Employee shall be responsible for all maintenance and repair to such vehicle and for the insurance coverage thereof.
Automobile Use. If Employer has provided an automobile allowance to Executive and if (i) Employer terminates Executive without Cause during the term of this Agreement; (ii) Executive resigns with Good Reason during the term of this Agreement; or (iii) Employer terminates Executive’s employment under Section 7 of this Agreement by reason of Executive’s disability during the term of this Agreement, then Employer shall, for the remainder of the Contract Period, continue to provide Executive with the automobile allowance in the same amount as provided prior to the Executive’s resignation or termination.
