Application for Completion Settlement. Unless otherwise agreed in the special contract terms, the contractor shall submit a completion settlement application form to the employer and the supervisor within 28 days after the project is completed and accepted, and submit complete settlement information. The requirements for the list of materials and number of copies of the completion settlement application form shall be agreed upon by the parties to the contract in the special contract terms.
