Application for Exhibit Space. Applications by Exhibitors shall be made on the official contract form only. Management will promptly accept or reject each application received and will furnish additional information to each Exhibitor whose application has been accepted. Booth space will be assigned by the Management; guided by the requirements of the Exhibitors and their choice of location wherever possible. However, Management reserves the right to rearrange or renumber floor plan, including reducing the size of the show floor within the Exhibit Hall, and relocate any exhibit if it appears necessary for the good of all exhibitors.
Application for Exhibit Space. Application for exhibit space must be made on the official 2024 Mid America Pool, Spa and Outdoor Living Show Exhibit Contract. Payment of at least 50% of the to- tal exhibit fee must be included with contracts received by Show Management before October 31, 2023. The remaining balance is due October 31, 2023. Payment with the total exhibitor fee must be included with contracts received after October 31, 2023. The contract must be signed to be eligible for space assignment. The ex- hibitor fully understands that upon assignment of space the contract becomes a binding agreement subject to the terms and conditions contained herein and any policies, rules and regulations set forth by Show Management. Show Management reserves the right to reject an application which in its judgment is not appropriate for the Show.

  • Requests for Exclusion (Opt-Outs) 8.5.1 Class Members who wish to exclude themselves (opt-out of) the Class Settlement must send the Administrator, by fax, email, or mail, a signed written Request for Exclusion not later than 60 days after the Administrator mails the Class Notice (plus an additional 14 days for Class Members whose Class Notice is re-mailed). A Request for Exclusion is a letter from a Class Member or his/her representative that reasonably communicates the Class Member’s election to be excluded from the Settlement and includes the Class Member’s name, address and email address or telephone number.
