Application of the Treaty. 1. Except where otherwise specified, this Treaty and its Protocols shall apply to the territory within the African nuclear-weapon-free zone, as illustrated in the map in Annex I.

Application of the Treaty. 1. This Treaty shall apply to investments made by investors of one Contracting Party, the other Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party's laws and regulations as to the entry into force of this Treaty, and after its entry into force, however, does not apply to the settlement of disputes concerning investments originate or may arise before the entry into force of the Treaty, or any claims that have been resolved before the entry into force of this Treaty.
Application of the Treaty. 1. Except where otherwise specified, this Treaty and its Protocol shall apply to the "Northeast Asia Nuclear-Weapon-Free Zone."
Application of the Treaty. This Agreement shall also apply to investments made by nationals or companies of one Contracting Party in accordance with the legislation of the other Contracting Party in its territory before the entry into force of this Treaty.
Application of the Treaty. (b) Nothing in this Treaty shall prejudice or in any way affect the rights of any Central Asian States in any dispute concerning the ownership of or sovereignty over lands or waters that may or may not be included within this zone.
Application of the Treaty. No other State is bound by the provisions of this treaty except for the State of the Islamic Republic of Neverland and the Republic of Tomorrowland.
Application of the Treaty. This Agreement applies to all investments that are made in accordance with the legislation of one Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party by investors as to the entry into force of this Agreement, as well as investments made thereafter.
