In addition to the notice of space availability pursuant to Section 2.1, BellSouth will respond as to whether the Application is Bona Fide, and if it is not Bona Fide, the items necessary to cause the Application to become Bona Fide. When space has been determined to be available for caged or cageless arrangements, BellSouth will provide a written response (“Application Response”) within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a Bona Fide Application. The Application Response will include, at a minimum, the configuration of the space, the Cable Installation Fee, Cable Records Fee, and the space preparation fees, as described in Section 7.
