Preparation Fees. Upon demand of Bank from time to time, Borrower shall pay to Bank the amount of the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses (including without limit reasonable attorneys’ fees, whether of inside or outside counsel, and disbursements) incurred by Bank from time to time in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and related instruments and/or the making (or preparation for the making) of the Loans or any advances hereunder.
Preparation Fees. Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the Borrower shall pay to the Bank the amount of the Bank's expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and disbursements) incurred by the Bank in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and related instruments.

For the presence of an interpreter, a One (1) hour additional fee per week or, per Two (2) hours of continuous class time, shall be charged for any post-secondary or higher education class at the 200 or above course level. For the presence of a captionist, a one time, One (1) hour additional fee shall be charged for any post-secondary or higher education class at the 200 or above course level. NKSD reserves the right to charge preparation fees for lower level classes, in its discretion, based on the complexity of the subject course material and terminology. Such additional charges shall be disclosed and agreed to by Client prior to the provision of Services.

Simultaneously with the execution of this Agreement and as a condition to the Bank’s obligations hereunder, the Borrower shall pay to the Bank the amount of the out of pocket expenses (including without limit reasonable attorneys’ fees, whether of inside or outside counsel, and disbursements) incurred by the Bank in connection with the preparation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents in the amount of Nine Thousand Sixty-One Dollars ($9,061.00).

Preparation Fees. Work completed outside of mediation in preparation of this case, will be compensated at the rate of $300.00 per hour. Preparation includes, but is not limited to: contact with attorneys, accountants or other third parties as directed by the parties, preparation of information relevant to reaching an agreement, efforts to include additional parties or unusual efforts necessary to schedule sessions and final drafting of the “Memorandum of Agreement” when mediation is completed.
a. Preparation work is anticipated to be no more than one hour per week. Parties will be informed prior to incurring expenses in excess of one hour per week.
b. Drafting of the final “Memorandum of Agreement” is usually billed at 1 hour, if there is not sufficient time during the session for drafting, but depends greatly upon the complexity of the final agreement.
c. Your signature below is your consent to contact counsel or other professional as the mediator determines is necessary to facilitate a final agreement between parties.
Preparation Fees. The Service Provider is entitled to charge for the time and materials used to prepare the Project Specifications based on the prevailing daily rates.
