Appointment of Project Manager. The Steering Group shall be responsible for appointing a Project Manager. The Project Manager will have responsibility for the day to day management of the Project and will report to the Steering Group.
Appointment of Project Manager. 5.1 Prior to the commencement of Prospecting, the Licence Holder must appoint a Project Manager to oversee the exploration program.
5.2 The Project Manager must liaise with the Landholder at all reasonable times.
5.3 The Licence Holder will notify the Landholder and/or Contact Person if there is a change of person appointed as Project Manager.
Appointment of Project Manager. 2.1 The Employer hereby appoints the Project Manager as the project manager for the Minor Project Works and the Project Manager accepts the appointment subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions under this Agreement.
2.2 This Agreement shall be deemed to commence on the same date as the commencement of the FM Contract and shall remain in force for a fixed term of three (3) years (the “Agreement Period”) or until the conclusion and / or termination of the FM Contract whichever is the later, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with clauses 14, 15, and 16 of this Agreement.
2.3 This Agreement may be renewed on the same terms and conditions with the exception of this option to renew at the sole discretion of the Employer at the end of the Agreement Period for a further period of up to three (3) years.
Appointment of Project Manager. Each Party shall appoint a project manager to act as the primary contact for such Party in connection with matters related to the performance of the Services and/or manufacture of the Product and to assume principal day-to-day operational responsibility for coordination of that Party’s responsibilities under this Agreement (each a “Project Manager”). Both Project Managers shall serve as a member of the PT. A Party may replace its Project Manager(s) at any time and from time to time for any reason by providing advance written notice of the change to the other Party.
Appointment of Project Manager. NYCUA shall appoint a single person (Project Manager) who shall be authorized to represent NYCUA in the Lucky Savers program, and shall be the primary contact with the Credit Union.
Appointment of Project Manager. On or before the Commencement Date, WPM will appoint a qualified project manager from its professional staff (the "WPM Manager") to coordinate WPM's participation in the Pilot Program throughout the Pilot Period. Cymedix will make its personnel available to provide sufficient training to enable the WPM Manager to demonstrate all functions of the RX Software. Throughout the Pilot Period, the WPM Manager will be reasonably available to assist Cymedix in answering any questions raised by the Pilot Providers about the utilization of the RX Software. WPM acknowledges that the availability and responsiveness of the WPM Manager throughout the Pilot Period will be critical to the success of the Pilot Program.
Appointment of Project Manager. ERGS SC hereby appoints Elm Road Services, LLC, and Elm Road Services, LLC hereby accepts such appointment, as Project Manager to serve as agent for the Unit 1 Owners in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Article V. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of agency law, the Parties and the Project Manager agree that the Project Manager shall have no obligations, responsibilities or duties to the Unit 1 Owners other than as are provided for in this Agreement.
Appointment of Project Manager. In addition to the appointment of the Steering Committee above, SANGAMO and BAXTER shall each appoint a designated project manager who will be responsible for keeping the other party informed of activities under this Agreement.
Appointment of Project Manager. (1) The Participant acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxx will appoint the Project Manager to oversee the Capital Works Project in order to ensure that the Project Milestones are achieved by the Milestone Dates in accordance with the Commonwealth Funding Agreement.
(2) Without affecting any other requirement under this agreement, the Participant must submit, or procure its contractor(s) to submit, to the Project Manager on a monthly basis:
(a) a completed checklist in accordance with Annexure 3;
(b) a report, in a format required by Broomehill-Tambellup (acting reasonably), on a monthly basis which contains particulars of the works completed as part of the Capital Works Project relevant to that party during the previous month and specifies:
(i) particulars of any industrial or other disputes affecting any part of the sites relating to or used for, Capital Works Project;
(ii) particulars of any delay in any works;
(iii) the percentage of works undertaken to date in relation to the relevant Project Milestone;
(iv) the progress of any applications for approvals or any objection or appeal against conditions imposed on a consent to any approval;
(v) progress of the Capital Works Project during the preceding month and whether the construction of the works are proceeding in order to achieve the relevant Project Milestones by the Milestone Dates;
(vi) copies of any reports or certificates obtained by the Participant from the Head Contractor under the construction contact as to whether the relevant part of the Capital Works Project constructed have been constructed:
(A) in a proper and workmanlike manner; and
(B) to meet all relevant statutory requirements;
(vii) any other matters generally relevant to the Capital Works Project which the Project Manager may reasonably request; and
(viii) the estimated date of completion.
Appointment of Project Manager. 3.1 Prior to the commencement of Prospecting, the Explorer must appoint a Project Manager to oversee the exploration program and introduce that person to the Landholder.
3.2 The Explorer must ensure that the Project Manager is available at all reasonable times to liaise with the Landholder regarding the provisions of this Arrangement.
3.3 The Explorer must notify the Landholder if there is a change of person appointed as Site Manager.
