Appointment of Project Manager. The Steering Group shall be responsible for appointing a Project Manager. The Project Manager will have responsibility for the day to day management of the Project and will report to the Steering Group.
Appointment of Project Manager. Each Party shall appoint a project manager to act as the primary contact for such Party in connection with matters related to the performance of the Services and/or manufacture of the Product and to assume principal day-to-day operational responsibility for coordination of that Party’s responsibilities under this Agreement (each a “Project Manager”). Both Project Managers shall serve as a member of the PT. A Party may replace its Project Manager(s) at any time and from time to time for any reason by providing advance written notice of the change to the other Party.
Appointment of Project Manager. 2.1 The Employer hereby appoints the Project Manager as the project manager for the Minor Project Works and the Project Manager accepts the appointment subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions under this Agreement.
Appointment of Project Manager. NYCUA shall appoint a single person (Project Manager) who shall be authorized to represent NYCUA in the Lucky Savers program, and shall be the primary contact with the Credit Union.
Appointment of Project Manager. 5.1 Prior to the commencement of Prospecting, the Licence Holder must appoint a Project Manager to oversee the exploration program.
Appointment of Project Manager. On or before the Commencement Date, WPM will appoint a qualified project manager from its professional staff (the "WPM Manager") to coordinate WPM's participation in the Pilot Program throughout the Pilot Period. Cymedix will make its personnel available to provide sufficient training to enable the WPM Manager to demonstrate all functions of the RX Software. Throughout the Pilot Period, the WPM Manager will be reasonably available to assist Cymedix in answering any questions raised by the Pilot Providers about the utilization of the RX Software. WPM acknowledges that the availability and responsiveness of the WPM Manager throughout the Pilot Period will be critical to the success of the Pilot Program.
Appointment of Project Manager. HCS shall appoint an HCS Project Manager within five (5) days after the Effective Date and provide contact information for the HCS Project Manager to JUNYO.
Appointment of Project Manager. XXXXX shall appoint a JUNYO Project Manager within five (5) days after the Effective Date and provide contact information for the JUNYO Project Manager to HCS.
Appointment of Project Manager. In addition to the appointment of the Steering Committee above, SANGAMO and BAXTXX xxxll each appoint a designated project manager who will be responsible for keeping the other party informed of activities under this Agreement.
Appointment of Project Manager. ERGS SC hereby appoints Elm Road Services, LLC, and Elm Road Services, LLC hereby accepts such appointment, as Project Manager to serve as agent for the Unit 1 Owners in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Article V. Notwithstanding any contrary provisions of agency law, the Parties and the Project Manager agree that the Project Manager shall have no obligations, responsibilities or duties to the Unit 1 Owners other than as are provided for in this Agreement.
