Appointment to Administrative Positions. 1. A vacancy is a vacated or newly created administrator position which the Board desires to fill. A vacancy exists when there is no incumbent. When school is in session, vacancies for administrator positions will be publicized, including postings of such notices, in each school and the central office. Such postings shall include a statement of the duties, locations, qualifications and compensation for the position.
