Approved Bereavement Leave during Annual Vacation. When an employee submits proof that he qualified for bereavement leave during his period of annual vacation, there shall be no deduction from the employee’s vacation period for such absence. The period of vacation so displaced by such bereavement leave, shall either be added to the vacation period or reinstated for use at a later mutually agreed date.
