Arbitration Processing Requirements‌. A. As set forth in this Agreement, a grievance may be referred to arbitration by either party within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of an unfavorable grievance decision, or if a grievance decision is not received within thirty (30) calendar days after the date due of the grievance decision. The right to invoke Arbitration is limited to the Union President and the Agency’s Labor Relations Officer; an employee may not independently invoke any of the provisions of this Article.
