Arbitrator’s Expenses. The Union and the Employer will bear the expenses of its representative and both will share equally the fees and expenses of the arbitrator.
Arbitrator’s Expenses. The expense, if any, of the arbitrator shall be divided equally between the Company and the Union and shall be paid by them.
Arbitrator’s Expenses. (a) An arbitrator shall be entitled to claim reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and any per diem or other miscellaneous expenses incurred during the arbitral proceedings.

The Union shall reimburse $700 per day for the first two (2) days of arbitration of a given grievance, and $500 per day for additional days of arbitration. In case of cancellation of an arbitration session after having reserved the arbitrator, the Union and the Employer shall divide the cancellation costs 50/50, up to the maximums for arbitration fees per day as described above.
Arbitrator’s Expenses. Expenses for the arbitrator’s services and proceedings shall be borne by the losing party as determined by the arbitrator. However, each party shall be responsible for any other expenses incurred by them.

Arbitrator’s Expenses. The expenses of the arbitrator, the cost of any hearing room and the cost of a court reporter, unless such are paid by the State of Washington, shall be borne equally by the parties.
