ARCHITECT’S REPRESENTATIONS. Without limitation to any other covenants, agreements, or representations contained in this Agreement, Architect warrants and represents that: (1) it is financially solvent, able to pay its debts as they mature and possessed of sufficient working capital to complete the services and perform the obligations required by this Agreement; (2) it is authorized to do business in the State of California; (3) it is duly licensed in accordance with Applicable Laws to enter into this Agreement for performance of the services to be provided by this Agreement; and (4) all services required to be performed by this Agreement or performed under this Agreement shall be performed by persons duly licensed in accordance with Applicable Laws to perform such services. Architect shall require that the foregoing warranties be provided, in writing, by each of its Subconsultants as part of its contracts with its Subconsultant.
