Areas of Evaluation. The degree of effectiveness of performance of each Employee being considered for retention, tenure, or promotion shall be evaluated in the areas of teaching/performance of primary duties, research/creative activity, and service. Teaching/performance of primary duties shall be considered the most important of the three areas of evaluation.
