Areas of Faculty Evaluation. All tenured, XXX Lead, and temporary full-time faculty will be evaluated based on the expectations and criteria described in Appendix B. Those tenured faculty who opted during the 2015-2016 Academic Year for a more limited review are eligible to apply for promotion to Senior Associate Professor in Spring of 2018 using their existing evaluation. Those tenured faculty who opted during the 2016-2017 Academic Year for a more limited review will not be eligible for promotion until they have completed one (1) full review cycle of evaluations based on Appendix B.

Areas of Faculty Evaluation. All tenured, XXX/OLS Lead, and temporary full-time faculty will be evaluated based on the expectations and criteria described in Appendix B. If applying for promotion, tenured or XXX/OLS Lead Faculty should demonstrate a willingness to take on new responsibilities associated with the new rank.
Areas of Faculty Evaluation. Faculty who have opted out of the revised evaluation process will be evaluated based on the expectations and criteria described in Appendix A. All other tenured, XXX Lead, and temporary full-time faculty will be evaluated based on the expectations and criteria described in Appendix B.

  • Re-evaluation a) When a job has moved to a higher group as a result of re-evaluation, the resulting rate shall be retroactive from the date that Management or the employee has applied to the Plant Job Review Committee for re-evaluation.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Formal Evaluations The employer shall undertake formal evaluations of an employee’s performance of the various duties and responsibilities of a position only if one or more of the following conditions is present: • employee request • mutual agreement of hiring unit and employee • recommendation arising from informal evaluation • decision of Chair, Xxxx, Director or designate resulting from the processing of a complaint in accordance with Article 8.
