Ariba Spend Visibility for SAP SPM. If Customer has subscribed to Ariba Spend Visibility Basic for SAP Spend Performance Management, then for each cycle of Data Enrichment, Customer shall load Spend Data (subject to the Usage Metrics stated in the Order Form), in SAP Spend Performance Management software (“SAP SPM”) format, into the Ariba Spend Visibility Basic Service. After each cycle of Data Enrichment, Ariba shall make the enriched data available to Customer in a file in the SAP SPM format for loading into Customer’s instance of SAP SPM, which Customer hereby verifies it has licensed under separate contract with SAP SE or a third party. Customer’s access to the Ariba Spend Visibility Basic Service shall be limited to the following purposes: (a) loading Spend Data as described in this section; (b) validation of loaded Spend Data; and, (c) submitting enrichment change requests for feedback/ refinement of loaded Spend Data. Ariba’s Spend Visibility Cloud Services include Data Enrichment and data transformation from and into the SAP SPM format (“Data Transformation”).

  • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. If we provide Oracle Software to You and do not specify separate terms for such software, then such Oracle Software is provided as part of the Services and You have the non-exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use such Oracle Software, subject to the terms of this Agreement and Your order (except for separately licensed elements of the Oracle Software, which separately licensed elements are governed by the applicable separate terms), solely to facilitate Your use of the Services. You may allow Your Users to use the Oracle Software for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with the license terms.   • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by ECI, Verizon shall provide to ECI Verizon OSS Services.   • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Responsibility for Subcustodians Except as provided in the last sentence of this Section 8.6, the Custodian shall be liable to the Fund for any loss or damage to the Fund caused by or resulting from the acts or omissions of any Subcustodian to the extent that such acts or omissions would be deemed to be negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct in accordance with the terms of the relevant subcustodian agreement under the laws, circumstances and practices prevailing in the place where the act or omission occurred.
