ARTICLE 11 - GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. Casual Employees shall have full coverage of Article 11, Grievance Procedure, however, termination during the hourly equivalent of the probationary period prescribed for the Employee’s class pursuant to Schedule II shall not be subject to arbitration. A casual Employee shall not have the right to grieve when the casual assignment is no longer required or upon expiry of casual assignment. The probationary period shall be based on accumulated regular hours of work.
