Article 15 - Hours of Work. Part-time Employees shall be regularly scheduled to work a variety of hours not in excess of the daily or weekly maximum. In the event the maximum is exceeded, overtime provisions shall apply. Whenever necessary, available Part-time Employees will be used to replace permanent Employees who are absent and expected to return. Any additional hours that become available after the schedule has been posted shall be offered to Part- time Employees prior to the utilization of casual Employees.
