ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Union and the Employer desire every Employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Union and the Employer shall share the cost of printing a sufficient number of copies of the Agreement for distribution amongst each of the Employees covered hereunder.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Union and the Corporation desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Corporation shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement within thirty days of signing.

ARTICLE PLAN The Employer and the Union agree that an Apprenticeship Training Program may be established by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of the Trades Qualification and Apprenticeship Act, An advisory committee shall be established encompassing not more than two representatives from (1) The Office of Physical Plant or Food Services as applicable, (2) The Union (one person must represent the trade concerned) and
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Company will supply a copy of the Collective Agreement to each employee covered by the Agreement and twenty (20) additional copies will be available for the Local Union Representative upon request. The copies will be in booklet form (22 x saddle stitched and printed on one of each page. The costs of the supply and duplication will be paid b This Collective Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a term of thirty-six (36) months and be binding upon the parties from the (1st) day o f June, until the thirty-first inclusive and thereafter from year to year unless either party gives notice in writing to the other party within the ninety (90) day period immediately prior to the thirty-first day of May, of its desire to revise, amend or terminate this Collective Agreement. Negotiation of revisions and/or amendments will, as a result of such written notice, prior to the sixteenth (16th) day of March, Where said negotiations have this Collective Agreement shall continue in effect after the thirty-first day of May, until such time as a new Collective Agreement has been reached or until the Department of Labour's Conciliation as required by legislation, have been whichever is the sooner.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. At the conclusion of negotiations, the Employer will prepare six (6) official copies of the Collective Agreement to be signed by the signing officers of the Employer and the Local. Each party shall receive three (3) copies. The Employer shall, as soon as possible, and in any event within sixty (60) days after the signingof this Agreement, reproduce and distributeto each Employee a copy Collective Agreement. Distribution of the copies of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee included in the Bargaining Unit shall be by the Employer.
