ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Union and the Corporation desires every employee to be familiar with the provision of this Agreement and his rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Agreement shall be printed within thirty (30) days of signing, and a copy issued to each employee, with one additional copy being provided for the Bulletin Board at the respective departments. The Corporation and the Union will share the cost equally of printing sufficient copies of this agreement for all members of the bargaining unit.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Company and the Union desire that the provision of this agreement and the rights and duties under it be familiar to each employee. For this reason the Company will have the agreement printed in pocket book form, in English and French, and will give a copy to each employee, (24) copies to the International Representative, and (75) copies to the Local Union. Where any dispute arises in connection with any of the of this Agreement, the English text shall govern.

For this reason, the Union and the Employer shall share the cost of printing a sufficient number of copies of the Agreement for distribution amongst each of the Employees covered hereunder.

The Company and the Union desire every employee to be familiar with this Agreement and for this purpose the Company agrees to pay for and furnish each employee with a copy of this Agreement, and the Agreement shall be printed by a union printer in a manner that is acceptable to the Union, and the Company shall provide the Union with electronic versions of the Agreement.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Company will print the Agreement in booklet form and will give a copy to each employee and a reasonable number to the Union for their use.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Union and the University desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the University will print sufficient copies of the ratified Agreement for distribution to the membership.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The Company and the Union desire every employee to be familiar with provisions of this Agreement and his rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Company shall print the Agreement and the Management will give a copy to each employee and provide a further one hundred (100) copies in booklet form to the union executive. The Company agrees to provide copies of contract amendments to Unionized employees. The Company agrees to provide a joint Collective Agreement for the Hourly and bargaining units while maintaining the uniqueness, distinctiveness, and integrity of each bargaining unit. Bulletin Boards The Company agrees to provide the Union with bulletin boards in the plant and office for the purpose of posting Union notices and official papers. Notices will be posted only by officers of the Union and will be in keeping with the spirit and intent of this Agreement. It is agreed, how- ever, that such notices first be approved by Company Management. The Company will allow the Union to use the office currently designated as “the union office” for the duration of this Agreement.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. At the conclusion of negotiations, the Employer will prepare six (6) official copies of the Collective Agreement to be signed by the signing officers of the Employer and the Local. Each party shall receive three (3) copies. The Employer shall, as soon as possible, and in any event within sixty (60) days after the signingof this Agreement, reproduce and distributeto each Employee a copy Collective Agreement. Distribution of the copies of the Collective Agreement to each new Employee included in the Bargaining Unit shall be by the Employer.
ARTICLE COPIES OF AGREEMENT. The U nion and the Corporation desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his rights and duties under it. For this reason, the Corporation shall print sufficient copies of the Agreement within thirty days of signing.

ARTICLE PLAN The Employer and the Union agree that an Apprenticeship Training Program may be established by the Employer in accordance with the provisions of the Trades Qualification and Apprenticeship Act, An advisory committee shall be established encompassing not more than two representatives from (1) The Office of Physical Plant or Food Services as applicable, (2) The Union (one person must represent the trade concerned) and
