ARTICLE H – PAID HOLIDAYS. The following holidays will be recognized: New Year's Day - January 1 Family Day, 3rd Monday in February Good Friday Easter Monday Victoria Day Canada Day - July 1 Civic Holiday Labour Day Thanksgiving Day Remembrance Day - November 11 Christmas Day - December 25 Boxing Day – December 26 H 2.01 (applies to full time only) Requests regarding the scheduling of lieu days may be submitted in writing by an employee no more than six (6) weeks prior to the posting of the schedule involved. Such requests will not be unreasonably denied. A written reply will be given to the employee no later than one (1) week following such request.
