ARTICLE RESTRICTION ON OUTSIDE EMPLOYMENT. Subject to Article an employee may carry on any business or employment outside his regularly scheduled hours of duty provided such business or employment does not interfere with his Association duties. Part-time employees shall be paid at the straight-timerate of pay for all work performed up to the normal daily or weekly hours specified by this Agreement for a full-time employee. The days of rest provisions of this Agreement apply only in a week when a part-time employee has worked five (5) days and the weekly hours specified by this Agreement.
