Artifact Collection. Artifacts used in a teaching unit or within a specified time period shall be available or submitted to the observer for feedback. The staff member and the evaluator will mutually agree to the time period. Any materials that are used to develop the instructional environment for students can be used for artifacts. Any and all state teaching standards and criteria that are personally observed by the evaluator during the observation will not need to be supported by artifact collection.

Artifact Collection. An important additional tool to the formal observation process is the collection of artifacts. Artifacts could include such things as lesson plans, unit planning materials, tests, quizzes, study guides, worksheets, homework assignments and other materials that affect or relate to instruction. The Teacher Effectiveness Criteria may serve as a basis for determining the quality and appropriateness of classroom artifacts. A conference may be scheduled for the purpose of mutually appraising instructional artifacts with requested data being presented to the supervisor at least one day prior to an arranged conference. All artifacts reviewed in the conference will be returned except those that have been mutually determined to be used for the preparation of the final appraisal report.

  • Data Collection The grant recipient will be required to provide performance data reports on a schedule delineated within Section A of this contract, Specific Terms and Conditions.

  • Debt Collection Unpaid licensing fees and charges for cleaning, damage to property, equipment, and furnishings are an obligation by the occupant to Housing Services. Any unpaid account balances will be sent to an outside collection agency and may be reported to one or more credit bureau reporting service(s). After internal collection efforts have failed to result in full payment, and in accordance with RCW 19.16.500, collection fees of up to 50% of the unpaid balance will be assessed to your account, and you are responsible for paying these fees together with all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, necessary for the collection of your delinquent account.   • Collections All collections of monies or other property in respect, or which are to become part, of the Property (but not the safekeeping thereof upon receipt by PFPC Trust) shall be at the sole risk of the Fund. If payment is not received by PFPC Trust within a reasonable time after proper demands have been made, PFPC Trust shall notify the Fund in writing, including copies of all demand letters, any written responses and memoranda of all oral responses and shall await instructions from the Fund. PFPC Trust shall not be obliged to take legal action for collection unless and until reasonably indemnified to its satisfaction. PFPC Trust shall also notify the Fund as soon as reasonably practicable whenever income due on securities is not collected in due course and shall provide the Fund with periodic status reports of such income collected after a reasonable time.

  • Payment and Collection Your bill will be based on monthly meter readings provided to XOOM Energy by your NGDC. If there is an error in your meter reading, XOOM Energy will adjust its bill to you upon your NGDC providing a corrected meter reading to XOOM Energy. You represent that you are financially able and willing to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement and that you have not filed, are not in the process of filing or plan to begin any bankruptcy proceedings. Your first bill payment will be due to the NGDC on the date specified in the NGDC bill. If you do not pay it on time, you could be subject to interest and late charges imposed by the NGDC, and your service could be disconnected. In all events, you shall remain obligated to pay for all natural gas received by you and any interest, fees and penalties incurred by XOOM Energy. You will also be responsible for all costs, including legal fees, associated with the collection of amounts owed to XOOM Energy.

  • Costs of Collection In any dispute involving monies owed to Company, the Company shall be entitled to all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees and interest at 15% per annum or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is less, unless a lower amount is agreed to by Company.

  • Data Collection and Reporting 1. Grantee shall develop and use a local reporting unit that will provide an assigned location for all clients served within the Hospital. This information shall also be entered into Client Assignment and Registration (CARE)when reporting on beds utilized at the Hospital.

  • Dues Collection Teachers shall have the right to request and be allowed dues and Association 30 Insurance Program deductions provided that dues deduction and the proceeds thereof shall not be 31 allowed if the Association has lost its rights to dues deduction pursuant to Florida Statutes 447.
