ASR. Upon notification of available space, Pathnet will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, US Dial Tone will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, Gulf Coast will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, @Link will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, Aero will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, MFN will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. 1.1 ASR was duly incorporated and validly exists under the laws of the Netherlands.
1.2 ASR has the requisite power and authority (corporate and other) to execute this Agreement and any other agreements contemplated herein to which it is a party and to consummate the Transaction. The execution of this Agreement and the agreements contemplated herein have been duly authorised by all requisite corporate action and save as set forth in this Agreement, no consents, approvals, orders or authorisations of, or registrations, declarations or filings with, any person are required in connection with the entering into of this Agreement, or of the agreements contemplated herein.
1.3 The entering into and performance by ASR of the Transaction Documents will not result in a breach of any provision of its constitutional documents, any Applicable Law or any resolution of the ASR Executive Board or other corporate body or of ASR’s shareholders.
1.4 This Agreement and all other agreements and obligations undertaken in connection with the Transaction constitute or will constitute, following the execution thereof, the valid and legally binding obligations of ASR, enforceable against it in accordance with their respective terms.
1.5 ASR is not insolvent nor has been declared bankrupt, and no action or request is pending to declare any of ASR bankrupt or to make ASR subject to any proceeding contemplated by any applicable bankruptcy law.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, NEN will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, Omniplex will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP.
ASR. Upon notification of available space, NorthPoint will be required to send a completed Access Service Request (“ASR”) form to GTE’s collocation point of contact. A copy of an ASR form is included in the CSP. GTE and NorthPoint must meet and begin implementation of the ASR within six (6) months of receipt of the collocation application form and engineering fee(s) set forth in Attachment 2 described in Section 6.1 or the identified space may be reclaimed and made available for use as provided in Section 5.6.
