ASSESSING DOCUMENTATION. Concerning an up-to-date road-map for the different versions of the software which includes detailed milestones for different (development version, stable version, and deployed (LTS) version) releases, we make the following observations. From our assessment of the work conducted by the veraPDF consortium concerning this aspect we make the following observations. First, we note that the veraPDF consortium provides a roadmap (xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx/roadmap/). However, the content of the roadmap currently provided14 is primarily targeted at the PREFORMA consortium15 instead of targeting external potential contributors. For example, there is currently no roadmap with information focused on external contributors from different stakeholder groups beyond PREFORMA and there is no information concerning release plans for the time period until 2020.
