Assignment Completion Clause Samples
The Assignment Completion clause defines the requirements and conditions under which a party must finish a specified task or deliverable within a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the standards for what constitutes completion, any necessary documentation or approvals, and the timeframe in which the assignment must be finalized. By clearly establishing these expectations, the clause helps ensure that both parties understand when obligations are fulfilled, reducing the risk of disputes over whether work has been properly completed.
Assignment Completion. Whenever possible a nurse who is reassigned mid-shift (floated) shall be granted sufficient time to complete the nurse’s patient care assignment, including patient care documentation (charting) and patient report to the nurse assuming the nurse’s patient’s care prior to being required to report for a new assignment in another nursing unit.
Assignment Completion. Three months before the end of the assignment you and the Chairman will discuss the experience you have gained from the assignment in the US and consider future career possibilities.
Assignment Completion. The Assignment will be completed upon the earliest to occur of the following events:
(i) The expiration of the Assignment Period;
(ii) Company’s determination that the Assignment has been fully completed;
(iii) Employer’s decision to recall you from the Assignment;
(iv) your acceptance of another expatriate assignment, if offered;
(v) your decision to localize to a position with the Company; or
(vi) the termination of your employment with Employer as provided in Section 12 above.
Assignment Completion. At the end of your assignment, or if your position is made redundant during your assignment, the Company will assist in your repatriation to the UK. This includes reimbursement of expenses associated with return travel; movement of household goods; resettlement allowance of US$ 50,000 (net); temporary living in the home country for up to 30 days; rental of a car for up to 15 days; and temporary storage of household goods in the US for up to 90 days. Also, the Company will pay closing costs associated with the selling of your home in the US up to a maximum of 3% of the sale price.

Assignment Completion. 8.1. The Assignment is deemed to be completed when a final report has been submitted in accordance with the Agreement.
8.2. The deliverables include an approved scientific report, a summary version, and a seminar lecture according to ▇▇▇▇’s instructions.
8.3. In cases where the Assignment has not been completed as stated in the Agreement, BeFo must notify the Provider of this no later than 60 days from the completion of the Assignment. In such a case, the Provider must, without delay and at the Provider’s own expense, correct the errors and re-submit the report on the Assignment.
8.4. In the event that the Provider does not fulfil its obligations under clause 8.3, BeFo is entitled to a price reduction. The reduction must correspond to the decrease in benefit of the Assignment that the error entails for BeFo.
