Movement of Household Goods. Employees required to relocate to obtain a permanent position under this agreement, due to an involuntary move which necessitates a change of residence, will receive free transportation of their household goods.
Movement of Household Goods. The Human Resource office will arrange for and NI will pay directly for, the movement of household goods from the former residence or temporary storage to the new place of residence. Movement included the Relocatee's and household members' household effects, furnishings and personal effects, subject to a maximum of 15,000 pounds. Movement does not include such things as pick up from two locations, split or partial shipment or delivery, and access into storage before delivery. Household goods does not normally include such items as boats (any size), campers, airplanes, frozen foods, livestock, live plants, or hazardous materials including firewood, lumber and other building materials. One vehicle may be shipped when driving one or more vehicles to the new location. Cost incurred for shipment of not included items will be charged to the Relocatee. House/Apartment Hunting trip. The Relocate and spouse may be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred during one house/apartment hunting trip including travel, meals, lodging and car rental. Travel if by air is coach/economy. Auto travel is reimbursed on a per mile basis at the prevailing IRS stated allowance. Lodging and meals are reimbursed on an actual basis and original receipts are required for expenses.
Movement of Household Goods. CBOE will arrange for personal items and household goods to be moved to the new location. Moving services are arranged by the relocation services company and billed directly to CBOE. Household goods will be insured to normal limits during transit. Maximum insurance claim level is $75,000. This includes all reasonable expense of: • packing/unpacking • disconnect and hook up of major appliances, if applicable • shipment of one automobile CBOE will not reimburse the employee for the following unauthorized services: • Shipment of private airplanes, boats & trailers, and other articles not ordinarily considered household goods. Relocation Assistance Summary • Removal or installation of electrical or plumbing connections (other than normal household appliances), television or C.B. antennas, swing sets, drapery rods, or similar additional labor. • Shipment of high intrinsic value items such as, but not limited to, antiques, paintings, coin collections, jewelry, money, and documents. Neither the moving company nor the insurance company is responsible for these items. • Shipment or travel-related costs for pets, or kennel fees/caring charges.
Movement of Household Goods. You must notify the Human Resources Department two weeks in advance of your move with the approximate date and final destination. The Company will make the actual arrangements with the moving company and the moving company will call you to finalize the arrangements. The national carrier companies provide a maximum amount of coverage due to damage during the move. The Company will not assume any additional liability. If you are moving any unusually large items, (i.e., a piano, etc.) you may wish to purchase additional insurance at your own expense. The following expenses are covered when you move normal household goods from your old location to your new location: • Packing at old location and transportation of the household goods to your new location. (Unpacking at the destination will not be reimbursed except for large items such as beds, mattresses, mirrors, etc.)

The Xxxxxx & Xxxxx Traffic Department will make the actual arrangements with the moving company. The Company will pay for moving expenses to include packing at origin and transportation of the household goods. Movement of Household Goods. Volcano will arrange to move your household goods from your home in Canada to San Diego, California. Volcano will work with you to arrange a vendor on a direct-billed basis. Closing Costs* Volcano will reimburse you for seller's closing costs/realtor fees associated with the sale of your current home in Canada. Volcano will reimburse you for buyer's closing costs/realtor fees associated with the purchase of a primary residence in the San Diego, California area. Upon the execution of your real estate process, please submit the appropriate documentation along with a Volcano expense reimbursement form to the Human Resource department. This dollar amount will be grossed up for tax purposes. Temporary Housing* Through our corporate housing provider or a private party, Volcano will provide up to three (3) months of temporary corporate housing on a direct-xxxx basis for your transition to the San Diego, California area.
Movement of Household Goods. Tanning will assume reasonable expenses for --------------------------- the limited shipment of personal effects necessary to support day-to-day living requirements in London. Due to the temporary nature and intent of this type of assignment household goods should be limited to items essential for daily living requirements that cannot be reasonably obtained in London. Household goods are to be limited because Tanning will provide for furnished accommodations in the foreign service environment. Special packing or importation costs and insurance for shipment of objects of unusual value such as antiques, works of art, etc., will not be borne by the Company. In general, furniture items will not be shipped to the --- assignment location. In cases where you does not ship furniture and furnished housing is unavailable in the assignment location, a furniture rental or acquisition allowance will be provided.
