ASSIGNMENT OF BARGAINING UNIT WORK. 1.41 The Board of Education or its designee expressly reserves the right to subcontract with private organizations to provide services or personnel to perform work formerly performed by bargaining unit personnel and that any persons performing such work who are employees of such private organization and not of the Board of Education, shall not be members of the bargaining unit or subject to any provisions of this Agreement.
