Assignment Time. The District shall have the right to establish work schedules and starting times. Each employee will be assigned a definite shift with designated times of beginning and ending which shall not be changed without two (2) calendar weeks prior notice, or mutual agreement of the employee and supervisor. However, exceptions to this could occur due to emergencies or unusual circumstances.
Assignment Time. No teacher shall be assigned to duty prior to the time designated for them to report for work.
Assignment Time. No party may assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other parties, except as provided in Section 13. Time is of the essence of this Agreement.
Assignment Time. Custodian shall not delegate, assign or sub-contract any of its rights or obligations under this Custodial Agreement. Issuer may not assign its rights or obligations under this Custodial Agreement. Indenture Trustee may assign its rights and obligations under this Custodial Agreement. Time is of the essence with respect to all dates, terms and conditions of this Custodial Agreement. All references to time herein shall be deemed to refer to New York City time unless otherwise provided.
