Assistance in Promotion. Company shall provide Distributor with marketing and technical information concerning the Products, including samples of brochures, instructional materials, advertising literature, and other Product data in the English language. Distributor shall be responsible for translating these materials to other languages, the costs related to translation and printing of the translated materials as a cost of doing business.
Assistance in Promotion. Company shall, at its own expense, promptly provide Representative with marketing and technical information concerning the Products, brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other Product data.
Assistance in Promotion. Licensor/Company shall assist VF with marketing and technical information concerning the NFT’s by prominently displaying signage provided by VF in their business. Licensor/Company will make every effort to communicate the benefits of their product to their customers and educate them on how to contact VF to purchase it
Assistance in Promotion. Lattice shall, at its own expense, provide Representative with commercially reasonable sales and technical assistance concerning the Products as well as reasonable quantities of brochures, instructional materials, advertising literature and other Product data.
Assistance in Promotion. Company shall, at its own expense, promptly provide Direct Selling Agent with marketing and technical information, training concerning the Services, brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other product data.
Assistance in Promotion. Company 1 shall, at Agent's expense, promptly provide Agent with marketing materials concerning the Services, brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other Product data.
Assistance in Promotion. Company shall, at Rep’s request and Company’s expense, promptly provide Rep with a reasonable inventory of marketing materials concerning the Products, and a reasonable number of copies of brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other Product data. Rep will use only Company approved promotional materials, and/or work with Company to develop those materials that are needed to attract, persuade, and engage Customers.
Assistance in Promotion. Company shall, at Affiliate’s expense, promptly provide Affiliate with marketing materials concerning the Products, brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other Product data.
Assistance in Promotion. LookSmart shall, at its own expense, provide Representative with marketing and technical information concerning the Network as well as reasonable quantities of brochures, instructional material, and other collateral and data sheets developed by LookSmart, if any.

Company shall, at its own expense, promptly provide Representative with marketing and technical information concerning the Products, brochures, instructional material, advertising literature, and other Product data. B. Assistance in Technical Problems. Company shall, at its own expense, assist Representative and customers of the Products in all ways deemed reasonable by Company in the solution of any technical problems relating to the functioning and use of the Products. C. New Developments. Company shall inform Representative of new product developments that are competitive with the Products and other market information and competitive information as discovered from time to time.
