Common use of ASSOCIATION FUND Clause in Contracts

ASSOCIATION FUND. 39.1 Each Employer bound by this agreement shall contribute to the Electrical Power Systems Construction Association Fund, the amount specified on the wage schedules attached hereto for each hour worked by each employee covered by this agreement. The Employer shall remit such contribution together with the supporting information as required on the reporting forms. EPSCA shall indemnify the Union for any liability arising from an Employer's failure to remit such contributions.
