Common use of Association-Management Committee Clause in Contracts

Association-Management Committee. ‌ The Committee shall have equal representation and may be comprised of up to five (5) members from each side unless agreed otherwise. The parties agree to meet at least quarterly to address issues related to administration of this Agreement and matters of concern to either party in order to maintain a harmonious relationship and to pursue opportunities for partnership. The parties shall jointly develop an agenda for the meeting no less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting. Additional meetings shall be scheduled upon the request of either party.
