Common use of Association Representative Clause in Contracts

Association Representative. 5.3.1.1 Management recognizes that one of the prime functions of the Council is to represent bargaining unit members and investigate complaints of members of the bargaining unit. 5.3.1.2 The Employer shall allow two (2) bargaining unit members to act as Council Representatives and to carry out grievance representation activities in each Troop Area or District at the State Patrol. At the Game and Parks Commission the Employer shall allow one (1) bargaining unit member to act as a Council Representative and to carry out grievance representation activities in each District.
