ASSOCIATION RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES. A. The President of the Association, or his/her officer-designee, will be granted a total of three (3) days or equivalent annually for official Association Business. Additional time may be granted at the discretion of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee. B. Adequate notice on the request for leave form shall be submitted to the immediate supervisor. Emergency situations shall be determined by mutual consent of the Superintendent of Schools and the Association President.
