Monthly Meeting with Superintendent. The Superintendent or designee and the President of the Association or designee will meet on a regularly scheduled monthly basis to discuss the implementation or maintenance of this contract and/or matters of concern to either party. An agenda of general concerns to be discussed may be exchanged three days prior to the scheduled meeting to enable the parties to prepare for discussion.

Monthly Meeting with Superintendent. A monthly meeting shall be held during the school year with the Superintendent and the Local Alliance President to discuss any matters of concern to either party. These meetings shall be held at a mutually agreeable time and place. The Local Alliance President and the Superintendent shall determine the representatives who will attend the meetings for their respective sides. Attendance at these meetings shall be restricted to no more than three persons for each side, except as the parties may otherwise agree. Whenever possible, the parties should exchange, several days in advance of a meeting date, notice of the subject matters they wish to discuss.
Monthly Meeting with Superintendent. The Federation shall have the right to a monthly meeting with the superintendent if an agenda can be formulated.

  • Professional Meetings Employees should be encouraged to and may, with the approval of the supervisor, attend professional meetings, conferences, and activities. Subject to the availability of funds, the employee's expenses in connection with such meetings, conferences, or activities shall be reimbursed in accordance with the applicable provisions of State law and university rules.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”).   • Progress Meetings The Engineer shall from time to time during the progress of the work confer with the State. The Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary or as may be requested by the State in order to evaluate features of the work.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting. The business review meeting may include, but is not limited to, the following: • Successful completion of deliverables • Review of the Contractor’s performance • Review of minimum required reports • Addressing of any elevated Customer issues • Review of continuous improvement ideas that may help lower total costs and improve business efficiencies.
