Such notification shall be made at least 48 hours in advance of such meeting, with, response by the administrator within 24 hours except in an emergency, and then an alternative site would be given. D. The Association shall have the right privilege to use use, for Association business and with permission from the principal, and/or immediate supervisor, school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, instructional computers, photocopying machines and other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, machines and all type types of audio-visual equipment at all reasonable times, times and by qualified personnel when such equipment is not otherwise in use. Permission shall not be arbitrarily denied. The Association shall pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental incident to such use. G. E. The Association shall have the right privilege to use the inter-school interschool mail facilities and school mail boxes. At no time shall mailboxes, as it deems necessary for Association business and without approval of the building principals or other members of the Administration. F. The Board agrees to furnish to the Association use these facilities in response to reasonable requests from time to time available information of public record that may be necessary for slander material, derogatory materials, job action notices or such against the Board or Association to process grievances and to prepare for collective negotiating. G. The Rights and Privileges of the Association and its representativesrepresentatives as set forth in this agreement shall be granted only to the Association as the exclusive representative of the Non-Certificated Staff.

The Board agrees to make provide to the Association in response to reasonable requests access to all available public information concerning the financial reports and audits, register of certificated personnel, tentative budgetary requirements and allocations and all other information that is a matter of public record. The Board agrees to make available to the Association, upon request, all information in the public domain in its possession which is needed by the Association to carry out its duty of representation of members of the bargaining unit. E. I. Representatives of the Association shall be permitted to transact official Association business on school property before and after the school hours provided that this shall not interfere with or interrupt normal working day. F. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipmentoperations. The Association shall have the privilege of reasonable use of office equipment such as typewriters, photocopiers, computers, and calculating machines, upon request, in such locations and at such times as set by the Administration provided the Association pays for any damage it is responsible for. E. The Association shall have the right to purchase expendable office supplies and other material from the Board of Education at the price paid by the Board provided the Association pays for supplies in advance and that supplies are on hand in sufficient quantities to meet the educational needs of the school. F. The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including typewriters, instructional computers, other duplicating equipment, calculating machines, and all type of audio-visual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.
