ASYLUM SEEKER VET PROGRAM. 17.1 The Training Provider may exempt a student from the citizenship eligibility criterion (Clause 2.2(a) of this Schedule 1) if it sights and retains a referral letter from either the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre or the Australian Red Cross Victims of Human Trafficking Program.
