Attendance at Conventions. 18.11.3.1. Upon twenty-one (21) days’ notice to the appropriate college President, Federation delegates shall be released to attend State and national conventions of the AFT and/or the AFL-CIO. 18.11.3.2. Such delegates shall be allowed a combined total of fifteen (15) working days’ leave with pay per year.
