Attendance of Meetings. With prior supervisor approval, which will not be unreasonably withheld, employees will be allowed to flex their work schedule to attend PSE local meetings that occur during the employees’ normal work time; provided that local meetings generally will be conducted between 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. or after 5:00 p.m.
