Attending Graduation Clause Samples

The 'Attending Graduation' clause outlines the rights or obligations related to a party's presence at a graduation ceremony. Typically, this clause specifies whether an individual, such as a student or employee, is required or permitted to attend the event, and may address logistical considerations like notification procedures or dress codes. Its core function is to set clear expectations regarding participation in graduation, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about attendance requirements.
