Authority Step-In Without PPP Co. Breach If PPP Co. is not in breach of its obligations under this Project Agreement, then for so long as and to the extent that the Required Action is taken, and this prevents PPP Co. from providing any part of the Services: PPP Co. will be relieved from its obligations to provide such part of the Services; and in respect of the period in which the Authority is taking the Required Action, and provided that PPP Co. provides the Authority with reasonable assistance (such assistance to be at the expense of the Authority to the extent that additional costs are incurred by PPP Co.), that part of the Unitary Charge attributable to the Services affected by the Required Action will be paid in full to PPP Co. as if it were satisfying all its obligations in respect of those Services and the provisions of Schedule 15 (Payment Mechanism) will apply to all other Services.

  • Time Off Without Pay (a) Time spent in the transaction of business which is unrelated to the functioning of the University such as time spent at the Union's International or Local Officer.

  • Leave Without Pay for the Care and Nurturing of Pre-School Age Children Subject to operational requirements, an employee shall be granted leave without pay for the personal care and nurturing of the employee's pre-school age children in accordance with the following conditions:

Agency/Departmental Leave‌ A regular, limited-term or probationary employee may request an agency/departmental leave without pay for a period of time not to exceed fifteen (15) calendar days. The granting of such Leave shall be at the discretion of the agency/department, except in cases where Official Leave has been authorized pursuant to B.4., B.5. and Sections 10, 11.A. and 14, below. The agency/department head may require that all accumulated compensatory leave time be used prior to granting of agency/departmental leave. The use of earned vacation or annual leave prior to the obtaining of agency/departmental leave shall be at the option of the employee.

  • Suspension Without Pay If Employee is suspended and/or temporarily prohibited from participating in the conduct of the Employer's affairs by a notice served under Section 8(e)(3) or (g)(1) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the Employer's obligations under this Agreement will be suspended as of the date of service thereof, unless stayed by appropriate proceedings. If the charges in such notice are dismissed, the Employer may in its discretion:

  • Leaves Without Pay A. Military leave shall be granted in accordance with statutory requirements.

  • Other Leaves Without Pay 10.10.1 Upon recommendation of the Superintendent and approval by the Board of Trustees, leave without compensation, increment, seniority, or tenure credit may be granted for a period of one school year for the following purposes: Peace Corps, care for a member of the immediate family who is ill, long-term illness of the bargaining unit member, service in an elected public office, or professional study or research.

  • Other Leave Without Pay At its discretion, the Employer may grant leave without pay for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement, including enrolment in the Canadian Armed Forces and election to a full-time municipal office.

  • Leave Without Pay for Personal Needs Leave without pay will be granted for personal needs, in the following manner:
