Authorized Contract Sum. 4.1. Contract Sum: Allowable fees for each specifically authorized Program will be established per individual Appendices. Invoices for authorized work performed by Provider shall not exceed the fees established for any portion of authorized work. Established fee amounts shall not be increased except by written amendment to a previously issued Appendix signed by both Parties.
