Common use of Authorized Leave Verification Clause in Contracts

Authorized Leave Verification. The District may require a unit member to furnish a doctor's certificate, affidavit or other documentation, as verification of illness or other reason for authorized leave. Verification may be required when the district has reason to question the validity of any request for approved leave.

Authorized Leave Verification. The District Prior or subsequent to approval of any paid leave, the DISTRICT may require a unit member to furnish a doctor's certificate, affidavit or other documentation, on forms prescribed by the DISTRICT, as verification of illness or other reason for authorized leave. Verification may be required when the district DISTRICT has reason to question the validity of or any request for approved leave.
