Automated External Defibrillators. The Parties shall comply with the Illinois Physical Fitness Facility Medical Emergency Preparedness Act (210 ILCS 74/1 et seq.) and any other applicable laws.

Automated External Defibrillators. The District will communicate the location of permanently stationed AED’s district wide to bargaining unit members trained and certified in AED operation. The District will be responsible for scheduling of AED certified individuals at District events requiring attendance of such certified personnel. The District will indemnify, save harmless, and defend its employees from claims, suits, actions, and legal proceedings brought by third parties against any employee in his or her capacity when using CPR or AED, provided the employee has successfully completed District sponsored or District approved training in the use of CPR and AED, and has maintained such certification through the American Red Cross, The American Heart Association or other District-designated organizations. Such employee protection as referenced above shall be the same protections as are afforded under Education Law 3023 and 3811 whether or not such laws actually apply to employees utilizing AED or CPR, provided that the employee is acting within the scope of his or her employment or the employee acts voluntarily at a school sponsored event or activity.
Automated External Defibrillators. The Concessionaire shall provide at least one automated external defibrillator at each Primary Service Facility and one at each C-Store for emergency use.
Automated External Defibrillators. (“AED”). Charter School shall revise6 its Petition to specify that the Charter School shall maintain Automated External Defibrillators (“AED”) on Charter School premises and shall train Charter School personnel on the use of AEDs.

  • Secondary Systems The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each cooperate with the other in the inspection, maintenance, and testing of control or power circuits that operate below 600 volts, AC or DC, including, but not limited to, any hardware, control or protective devices, cables, conductors, electric raceways, secondary equipment panels, transducers, batteries, chargers, and voltage and current transformers that directly affect the operation of Developer or Connecting Transmission Owner’s facilities and equipment which may reasonably be expected to impact the other Party. The Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide advance notice to the other Party, and to NYISO, before undertaking any work on such circuits, especially on electrical circuits involving circuit breaker trip and close contacts, current transformers, or potential transformers.

  • EXTERNAL SERVICES The Platform may enable access to third-party services and websites and Applications (collectively and individually, "External Services"). You agree to use the External Services at your sole risk. NCR Voyix is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party External Services and shall not be liable for any such third-party External Services. Data displayed by any External Service, including but not limited to financial, and location information, is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by NCR Voyix or its agents. You will not use the External Services in any manner that is inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree not to use the External Services to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten or defame any person or entity, and that NCR Voyix is not responsible for any such use. External Services may not be available in all languages or in your home country and may not be appropriate or available for use in any particular location. To the extent you choose to use such External Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws. NCR Voyix reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any External Services at any time without notice or liability to you.

  • How to Request an External Appeal If you remain dissatisfied with our medical appeal determination, you may request an external review by an outside review agency. In accordance with §27-18.9-8, your external appeal will be reviewed by one of the external independent review organizations (IRO) approved by the Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner. The IRO is selected using a rotational method. Your claim does not have to meet a minimum dollar threshold in order for you to be able to request an external appeal. To request an external appeal, submit a written request to us within four (4) months of your receipt of the medical appeal denial letter. We will forward your request to the outside review agency within five (5) business days, unless it is an urgent appeal, and then we will send it within two (2) business days. We may charge you a filing fee up to $25.00 per external appeal, not to exceed $75.00 per plan year. We will refund you if the denial is reversed and will waive the fee if it imposes an undue hardship for you. Upon receipt of the information, the outside review agency will notify you of its determination within ten (10) calendar days, unless it is an urgent appeal, and then you will be notified within seventy-two (72) hours. The determination by the outside review agency is binding on us. Filing an external appeal is voluntary. You may choose to participate in this level of appeal or you may file suit in an appropriate court of law (see Legal Action, below). Once a member or provider receives a decision at one of the several levels of appeals noted above, (reconsideration, appeal, external), the member or provider may not ask for an appeal at the same level again, unless additional information that could affect such decisions can be provided.

  • Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx; Internal Accounting Controls The Company and the Subsidiaries are in compliance with any and all applicable requirements of the Sxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 that are effective as of the date hereof, and any and all applicable rules and regulations promulgated by the Commission thereunder that are effective as of the date hereof and as of the Closing Date. The Company and the Subsidiaries maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurance that: (i) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorizations, (ii) transactions are recorded as necessary to permit preparation of financial statements in conformity with GAAP and to maintain asset accountability, (iii) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization, and (iv) the recorded accountability for assets is compared with the existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences. The Company and the Subsidiaries have established disclosure controls and procedures (as defined in Exchange Act Rules 13a-15(e) and 15d-15(e)) for the Company and the Subsidiaries and designed such disclosure controls and procedures to ensure that information required to be disclosed by the Company in the reports it files or submits under the Exchange Act is recorded, processed, summarized and reported, within the time periods specified in the Commission’s rules and forms. The Company’s certifying officers have evaluated the effectiveness of the disclosure controls and procedures of the Company and the Subsidiaries as of the end of the period covered by the most recently filed periodic report under the Exchange Act (such date, the “Evaluation Date”). The Company presented in its most recently filed periodic report under the Exchange Act the conclusions of the certifying officers about the effectiveness of the disclosure controls and procedures based on their evaluations as of the Evaluation Date. Since the Evaluation Date, there have been no changes in the internal control over financial reporting (as such term is defined in the Exchange Act) of the Company and its Subsidiaries that have materially affected, or is reasonably likely to materially affect, the internal control over financial reporting of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • INTERNAL MAIL The Association shall have access to the district courier service and employee mail boxes, free of charge, for communication to bargaining unit members. The Association office shall be included in the drop off and pick up service. The employer will respect the confidential nature of the content of any such correspondence.

  • External Hosting Facilities DST shall implement controls, consistent with applicable prevailing industry practices and standards, regarding the collection, use, storage and/or disclosure of Fund Data by an external hosting provider.

  • Program Monitoring and Evaluation The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”
