Automobile Entitlement. In light of the unique nature of the professional duties of the Superintendent and of the travel inherent in the position, the Board shall provide to the Superintendent an automobile suitable for use in the furtherance of her duties, which shall be maintained by the Board and with the Board providing all expenses incidental to its use, i.e. maintenance, insurance, license and gasoline for non-personal use. The automobile may be utilized by the Superintendent for her personal use with the Superintendent providing gasoline for such purpose. The Superintendent shall be responsible for maintaining a log or records incidental to its use for IRS or State of Indiana tax or accounting record keeping. Should the Superintendent elect to use a suitable vehicle owned by her for such use, she shall receive a monthly vehicle allowance not to exceed $600.00.

Automobile Entitlement. During the Employment Period, the Company shall contribute to Executive an amount not to exceed $12,000 per year for the lease or purchase of an automobile.
Automobile Entitlement. In lieu of the Board providing the Superintendent with an automobile for use in the furtherance of her duties, the Superintendent shall receive a monthly vehicle allowance of $700.00.
Automobile Entitlement. In light of the unique nature of the professional duties of Superintendent of Schools, the XXXXXXX COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION shall provide SUPERINTENDENT with an automobile for her personal and professional use within and without the confines of Xxxxxxx County and for her professional use for any school related functions outside of Xxxxxxx County which shall include athletic contests and other school competitions. This automobile shall be fully maintained by the XXXXXXX COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION including but not limited to keeping the automobile in safe, usable condition, and providing all expenses incidental to an automobile usage. It is expressly understood by the parties that SUPERINTENDENT shall be allowed to drive said vehicle to and from her home and place of employment during days that she is performing the duties described herein.

  • Automobile The Company agrees to reimburse the Employee up to $750.00 per month, as such amount may be increased from time to time consistent with the Company’s reimbursement policy for the Senior Management of the Company to cover Employee’s expenses in connection with his leasing or ownership of an automobile. Additionally, the Company will pay for the gas used for business purposes. All maintenance and insurance expense for the automobile shall be the responsibility of the Employee.

  • Automobile Expense When a State-owned vehicle is not available and a supervisor is required to use his/her personal automobile to conduct authorized State business, the Appointing Authority shall reimburse the Supervisor at the then current IRS reimbursement rate for mileage on the most direct route according to Transportation Department records.
