The monthly allowance shall be increased annually by [% or $] amount. The Employee shall be responsible for paying for liability, property damage, and comprehensive insurance coverage upon such vehicle and shall further be responsible for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, repair, and regular replacement of said vehicle. The monthly vehicle allowance shall be reviewed annually and increased based on usage and increase in the Consumer Price Index. The Employee shall be responsible for paying for liability, property damage, and comprehensive insurance coverage upon such vehicle and shall further be responsible for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, repair, and regular replacement of said vehicle. The Employer shall reimburse the Employee at the IRS standard mileage rate for any business use of the vehicle outside of the Gothenburg City limits.

Monthly Vehicle Allowance. Employer will provide Employee with an unmarked vehicle equipped with a police radio and Employer will oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel, and automobile insurance. Employee’s duties as Chief of Police (law enforcement officer) require that Employee shall have the exclusive use at all times during employment with the City of a vehicle to carry out City business.

The Employee shall be responsible for paying for liability, property damage, and comprehensive insurance coverage upon such vehicle and shall further be responsible for all expenses attendant to the purchase, operation, maintenance, repair, and regular replacement of said vehicle. The Employer shall reimburse the Employee at the IRS standard mileage rate for any business use of the vehicle beyond the South Florida area. For purposes of this Section, use of the car within the South Florida area is defined as travel to locations within a 100 mile (recommended one hundred (100) mile) radius of the local government limits city hall.

  • Vehicle Allowance Vehicle allowances for all distances travelled while on employer business shall be paid to employees required to use their own vehicles in the performance of their duties. This does not include travel to and from work. Vehicle allowance shall be 40¢ per kilometre. Vehicles driven on employer business will be in compliance with ICBC Regulations.

  • Over-Allowance Amount On the Cost Proposal Delivery Date and, in any event, prior to the commencement of the construction of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord cash in an amount (the “Over-Allowance Amount”) equal to the difference between (i) the amount of the Cost Proposal and (ii) the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance (less any portion thereof already disbursed by Landlord, or in the process of being disbursed by Landlord, on or before the Cost Proposal Delivery Date). The Over-Allowance Amount shall be disbursed by Landlord prior to the disbursement of any then remaining portion of the Tenant Improvement Allowance, and such disbursement shall be pursuant to the same procedure as the Tenant Improvement Allowance. If, after the Cost Proposal Date, any revisions, changes, or substitutions shall be made to the Construction Drawings or the Tenant Improvements as a result of requests made by Tenant or as otherwise specified in Section 5.01(h) below, any additional costs which arise in connection with such revisions, changes or substitutions shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord immediately upon Landlord’s request as an addition to the Over-Allowance Amount and, in any event, prior to the commencement of the construction of the revisions, changes or substitutions. Promptly following completion of construction of the Tenant Improvements and payment of all costs incurred in connection therewith, Landlord shall prepare and deliver to Tenant a reasonably detailed reconciliation of (i) the total cost of the Tenant Improvements, including all Tenant Improvement Allowance Items, and (ii) the total amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance and the Over-Allowance Amount payments previously made by Tenant pursuant to the foregoing provisions of this Section. To the extent that such reconciliation discloses that the total costs of the Tenant Improvements exceeds the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance plus all Over-Allowance Amount previously paid by Tenant, Tenant shall pay the amount of such shortfall to Landlord within thirty (30) days after receipt of such reconciliation. To the extent that such reconciliation discloses that the total costs of the Tenant Improvements is less than the amount of the Tenant Improvement Allowance plus all Over-Allowance Amounts previously paid by Tenant, Landlord shall pay the amount of such overage to Tenant at the time that Landlord delivers such reconciliation to Tenant.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • On Call Allowance (a) An employee who agrees to be on call, that is, the employee agrees to make themselves ready and available to return to work at short notice whilst off duty, shall be paid the allowance, for each period of 24 hours or part thereof, set out in Item 17 of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement. (b) An employee who is directed to remain on call during a meal break shall be paid the meal break allowance set out in Item 18 of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement, provided that no allowance shall be paid if, during a period of 24 hours, including such period of on call, the employee is entitled to receive the allowance prescribed in sub-clause 20.5(a). (c) Where an employee on call in accordance with sub-clause 20.5(a), leaves the residential aged care facility and is recalled to duty, she or he shall be reimbursed all reasonable fares and expenses actually incurred. Where in these circumstances the employee elects to use his or her own vehicle the employee shall be paid the per kilometre allowance set out in Item 5 of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement. (d) This subclause shall not apply to a Director of Nursing, Deputy Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.
