Available Online Banking Services. Online Banking allows you to perform certain banking functions and to obtain certain account information about your Online Accounts with your Personal Computer. The following Services are currently available:

Available Online Banking Services. With Online Banking Services, you may enroll your loan, credit card and deposit accounts as Eligible Accounts and may then access those Eligible Accounts to obtain balances, transaction history and other information. You may also conduct the types of transfers described under "TRANSFERS" below. You may also use Bill Pay, External Account Transfers and certain other electronic banking services by agreeing to separate agreements for those services. The Bank may, from time to time, offer and introduce new electronic banking services, and will notify you of the existence of these new products and services. All of these current and future services will be governed by the terms of this Agreement.
Available Online Banking Services. Online Banking allows you to perform certain banking functions and to obtain certain account information about your Online Accounts with your Personal Computer. The following Services are currently available: A. Access to Online Information. You may obtain access to certain information ("Online Information") about your Online Accounts, including the account balances, the available balance, and recent transactions. Your account balance may include unavailable funds. The available balance consists of funds that are readily available for withdrawal. Please note the following: • Online Information may not reflect transactions that have not yet been completed or settled. For example, if you have written a check on your money market account and the check has not cleared, then the amount of the check will be included in the balances shown, even though you have already spent those funds. • Online Information cannot be downloaded or exported to other programs. • The Bank will not be liable for any damages which arise because you are unable to access Online Information, because the Online Information is not accurate, or because you rely on the Online Information.
Available Online Banking Services. Online Banking Services allow you to perform the following actions:  Review a summary of your Eligible Deposit and Loan Accounts.  Check the activity of your Eligible Deposit and Loan Accounts, including determining which checks have cleared and viewing images of cleared checks, for a period of 13 months.  Advance funds from Eligible Loan Accounts to Eligible Deposit Accounts.  Submit payments to Eligible Loan Accounts  Transfer funds between Eligible Deposit Accounts and permitted accounts at other financial institutions (using External Transfer and Popmoney®)  Change passwords, login name, or e-mail addresses  Pay bills using CheckFree Bill Payment Services.  Stop payment on checks that have not been paid.  View 18 months of electronic statements if you have enrolled in E-statements.  Send and receive electronic mail to and from us. External Transfer, Popmoney® and CheckFree Bill Payment are described in the section entitled Third Party Services. We may periodically make available new internet services or products. You agree that if you use or acquire any such services or products after they become available, you will be bound by all applicable terms, as well as by this Agreement. Not all services specified above are available through Mobile Banking Services.

  • Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Investment Banking Services Except as described in the Registration Statement, the Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus, during the period beginning 180 days prior to the initial confidential submission of the Registration Statement and ending on the Effective Date, no Member and/or any person associated or affiliated with a Member has provided any investment banking, financial advisory and/or consulting services to the Company.

  • Online Banking If Online Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Online Banking to:

  • FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following fund administration services for each Fund, Series and class:  Calculate Fund approved income and per share amounts required for periodic distributions to be made by the applicable Fund, Series or class;  Coordinate a Fund’s annual audit and respond timely and completely to related requests;  Cooperate with each Fund’s independent auditors;  Supply various normal and customary portfolio and Fund statistical data as requested on an ongoing basis; and  If the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of a Fund is required to provide a certification as part of the Fund’s Form N-Q or Form N-CSR filing pursuant to regulations promulgated by the SEC under Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, provide a sub-certification in support of certain matters set forth in the aforementioned certification. Such sub-certification is to be in such form and relating to such matters as reasonably agreed to by BNY Mellon in advance. BNY Mellon shall be required to provide the sub-certification only during the term of this Agreement with respect to the applicable Fund or Series and only if it receives such cooperation as it may request to perform its investigations with respect to the sub-certification. For clarity, the sub-certification is not itself a certification under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or under any other law, rule or regulation. BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Monitoring Services IDT staff shall, using methods that include face-to-face and other contacts with the member, monitor the services a member receives. This monitoring shall ensure that: a. The member receives the services and supports authorized, arranged for and coordinated by the IDT staff; b. The services and supports identified in the MCP as being provided by natural and community supports are being provided; and c. The quality of the services and supports received is adequate and still necessary to continue to meet the needs and preferences of the member and support the member’s outcomes identified in the MCP.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Pricing Services Chase may use any pricing service referred to in an applicable MSLA and any other recognized pricing service (including itself and any of its affiliates) in order to perform its valuation responsibilities with respect to Securities, Collateral and Authorized Investments, and Lender shall hold Chase harmless from and against any loss or damage suffered or incurred as a result of errors or omissions of any such pricing service.

  • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.
