Common use of B-BBEE Improvement Plan Clause in Contracts

B-BBEE Improvement Plan. a) Transnet encourages its suppliers to constantly strive to improve their B-BBEE levels. To this end, the Service Provider undertakes to provide Transnet with a B-BBEE Improvement Plan to indicate the extent to which their B-BBEE status will be maintained or improved over the contract period, as per Annexure of the RFP.
