Common use of Badges and Insignia Clause in Contracts

Badges and Insignia. 37.01 Name Badges Employees are required to wear their name tags at all times while in Employer facilities. The Employer will provide all new employees with a name tag. Name tags can be replaced free of charge once per year. If a name tag needs replacement more than once per year, the replacement costs of five-dollars-and- eighty-eight cents ($5.88) will be borne by the employee.
