Computers All computers, hardware, software, computer upgrades and maintenance in connection therewith shall be at Owner's expense.

Workstation/Laptop encryption All workstations and laptops that process and/or store DHCS PHI or PI must be encrypted using a FIPS 140-2 certified algorithm which is 128bit or higher, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES). The encryption solution must be full disk unless approved by the DHCS Information Security Office.
Workstation Encryption Supplier will require hard disk encryption of at least 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) on all workstations and/or laptops used by Personnel where such Personnel are accessing or processing Accenture Data.
MISCELLANOUS 31.1 The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence and negotiations between them relating to the Deliverables. 31.2 If delivery has been agreed according to INCOTERMS, the latest version in force at the date the Agreement was entered into shall apply.

Cell Phones The College follows the State’s Cell Phone Policy. Employees who receive cell phones from the College shall also abide by this Policy. The College shall provide the Policy to any employee who is given a cell phone. Employees are responsible for the cost of all personal calls. While the College anticipates some incidental personal use of cell phones, it is also expected that such use is infrequent.
TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.
Message Screening 7.4.4.4.1 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept valid messages from MRC local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point within BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.2 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to pass valid messages from MRC local or tandem switching systems destined to any signaling point or network accessed through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC switching system has a valid signaling relationship. 7.4.4.4.3 BellSouth shall set message screening parameters so as to accept and pass/send valid messages destined to and from MRC from any signaling point or network interconnected through BellSouth’s SS7 network where the MRC SCP has a valid signaling relationship.
